Frontend Developer (Remote – Anywhere, UK client)

Part-Time | Remote | Freelance Contract

The client seeks a skilled Frontend Developer to support the ongoing development and customization of their digital insurance platform. This is a part-time, fully remote position, ideal for an independent contractor or freelancer. The client is UK-based and delivers digital-first insurance products through modern, low-code technology platforms.

Role Overview

The role involves working closely with the client’s internal product and delivery teams to extend and maintain customer-facing interfaces within the Instanda platform. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience with Instanda’s front-end tools and components and be confident in navigating its UI framework to build and adapt user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify front-end components within the Instanda platform.
• Customize user interfaces to align with customer journeys and brand requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues with existing implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to translate functional requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and standups on a part-time basis.

Required Experience

• Proven experience with the Instanda platform (must-have).
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience implementing front-end logic in low-code or configuration-based platforms.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with product and delivery stakeholders.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
