C++ Developer – AI/ERP Systems (Remote, Anywhere)

The client seeks experienced C++ Developers (Mid to Lead-level) to contribute to the development of a next-generation AI-enhanced ERP platform. This role is central to a larger initiative focused on embedding AI Copilot technologies into enterprise systems, streamlining development processes and enhancing productivity.

The client is a product-oriented consultancy known for delivering advanced AI-driven solutions across industries, including financial services and defense, with a strong emphasis on secure, compliant development involving special category data.

Role Overview

This is a remote role, open to candidates based anywhere. The successful candidate will play a key role in building robust, high-performance C++ applications, both for internal product development and for client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize high-performance C++ systems for AI-driven ERP platforms.
• Support cross-sector projects in finance and defense, adhering to the highest standards of data security and compliance.
• Collaborate on front-end elements using the .NET Blazor Framework.
• Contribute to ongoing AI Copilot integrations, particularly using Windsurf and Warp, to accelerate engineering workflows.
• Conduct and participate in rigorous code reviews to uphold clean, maintainable codebases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, implement, and iterate on new features.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong command of C++ programming, including modern development practices.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Blazor Framework.
• Proven track record working in or around financial auditing environments.
• Comfortable working with sensitive and regulated data in sectors like finance or defense.
• Experience operating at Mid to Lead-level, with the ability to influence technical direction.
• Exposure to or interest in AI Copilot tools, especially Windsurf and Warp, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in remote, collaborative environments.
