Job Description: Technical Lead / Project Manager (12-Month Contract)

The Role:
The client seeks an experienced **Technical Lead with strong Project Management capabilities** to lead an application rebuild project over the next 12 months. This hybrid role combines technical leadership with project management responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client-facing engagements effectively. While this role is not full-time, the successful candidate may have opportunities to contribute to other projects across the client's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, managing client communication and setting clear expectations.  
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and DevOps engineers to design and implement a serverless AWS architecture.  
- Lead and oversee the application migration process, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal operational impact.  
- Guide technical teams in refactoring or migrating applications from CodeIgniter to Laravel.  
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to ensure best practices are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.  
- Engage in cross-project tasks as needed, supporting broader client objectives.  

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive expertise in both CodeIgniter and Laravel, with demonstrated experience in refactoring or migrating applications.  
- Hands-on experience with Flutter for mobile or cross-platform development.  
- Strong familiarity with AWS services, with proven experience in serverless architectures.  
- Knowledge of and experience with DevOps workflows and tools for CI/CD and cloud deployment.  
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of leading similar large-scale projects.  
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead technical discussions.
