The Role
The client seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead partnerships within the hospitality sector. This role centers on introducing a cutting-edge app that allows hotels to earn commissions on excursions and holiday activities while providing guests a seamless booking platform.
With Spain as the launchpad, this role requires a professional with a proven ability to penetrate hotel chains and key decision-makers, as well as the strategic vision to support global expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and cultivate partnerships with hotels, focusing on independent properties, hotel groups, and chains.
  • Leverage your existing network of hotel industry contacts to drive rapid adoption of the app.
  • Conduct high-level business discussions with decision-makers, including hotel directors and key operational leaders.
  • Visit potential clients across Barcelona, the Balearic Islands, and other regions as required to showcase the app’s value proposition.
  • Represent the company at industry fairs and networking events to expand brand visibility and pipeline opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's global growth aspirations.
  • Act as a key contributor to product feedback loops, ensuring market needs are met as the company scales internationally.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive experience in sales and business development within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • A well-established network of contacts within hotel chains and decision-makers in key positions.
  • Direct experience working with or in hotels, enabling a deep understanding of operational and commercial needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of managing a regional focus while contributing to broader international objectives.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
