Platform Administrator (Remote – UK or Nearshore Time Zones)

The client is seeking a Platform Administrator for a 3–4 month full-time contract to support their platform operations. This role involves data entry, client onboarding, and general platform administration via a GUI-based admin panel. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic technical aptitude, and good communication skills to handle occasional training or email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client & Data Management: Add clients and input data into the platform using the admin panel.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy of numerical and data entries.
• User Support & Training: Provide basic training and guidance on using the platform when necessary.
• Administrative Tasks: Send emails and perform other light administrative duties as required.
Ideal Candidate:
• Prior experience in platform administration, data entry, or virtual assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers.
• Comfortable using GUI-based platforms (no coding required).
• Good communication skills for occasional user training and correspondence.
• Located in the UK or nearshore time zones (including South Africa) for alignment with the client’s working hours.
Contract Details:
• Duration: 3–4 months, full-time.
• Location: Fully remote (anywhere, but aligned to UK time zone).
• Start Date: ASAP, with candidate submissions needed by the end of the week.
