Job Opportunity: Automation Specialist (Make.com) – Remote

The client, a company in the HR and job board industry, is seeking an Automation Specialist to help implement workflow automation for their SaaS application. The goal is to streamline job applications for candidates using Make.com.

Role Overview:

This is a part-time, short-term contract role requiring less than 100 hours over a few months. The ideal candidate will have experience with Make.com and automation workflows, particularly in job application processes, HR tech, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Make.com automation workflows to streamline job applications.

• Work closely with the client to understand requirements and optimize automation.

• Troubleshoot and refine automation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Provide documentation and guidance for future adjustments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Make.com (or similar automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, etc.).

• Strong understanding of automation workflows and API integrations.

• Experience in HR tech, recruiting platforms, or job board automation is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a part-time, flexible schedule.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
