With their team lead stationed in India and additional offices in Spain, the client manages a robust team of 200 technology experts. They specialize in developing advanced CRM solutions tailored for the hospitality industry.

Role Overview:
The client seeks an experienced Senior Java Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of the client’s CRM system, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This role is remote, allowing the candidate to work from any location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for the CRM platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in the application.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Java and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient with SQL and database technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality or CRM industry.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
