The client seeks an experienced developer to provide ad hoc support for their Frappe-based CRM system. This role blends development, system administration, and support tasks—ideal for someone who knows their way around Python scripting, CRM workflows, and platform configuration. This is an hourly contract role with flexible hours based on need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-demand support for the Frappe CRM platform, including development, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Script customizations and automations in Python within the Frappe framework.
• Support data operations, including importing prospect lists and managing CRM data structures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs reported by the sales and operations teams.
• Configure CRM modules and features via the admin panel to streamline business processes.
• Respond to ad hoc requests for workflow improvements or technical fixes.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Solid experience with Python, especially in scripting and back-end logic.
• Familiarity with VueJS and the Frappe framework (or ERPNext).
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and admin-level configuration.
• Detail-oriented and responsive, able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong communicator, able to translate tech into practical solutions for non-technical users.
