The client seeks a skilled Full-Stack TypeScript Developer to join their team in building a language translation web application. This is a full-time, 1-year contract opportunity, offering the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain both the frontend and backend of the application.
• Build a responsive user interface using Vue.js.
• Develop and optimize the backend using Node.js.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient TypeScript code.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to improve functionality and user experience.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred) for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Expertise in Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, or other relevant backend technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with translation APIs or natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with GraphQL or other backend frameworks.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
