Window: Month of May (Note that this is a window when the work can commence and deliver)

1. UX Audit Analysis
Led by Arkyard

• Conduct a detailed review of user experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Behaviour data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and friction points in the current UX.
• Perform a heuristic assessment of the platform, evaluating usability against established principles to highlight strengths and weaknesses.
• Compile findings into a concise report or summary, pinpointing key UX issues and opportunities for improvement.

2. Component UI Audit Analysis
Led by Arkyard closely looping in UX/UI design partner

• Assess the existing UI component structure, focusing on the organization and functionality of design elements within the interface.
• Note: This will be a top-level audit within our allocated time. Before work begins, we will collaborate with Tim (development lead) to prioritize key user journeys.
• Evaluate design mechanics (e.g., interactions, responsiveness, consistency) to identify inefficiencies or misalignments.
• Document observations on component performance and prioritization for updates or redesign.

3. Figma UI Design Lite
Outsourced to UX/UI Design Partner (Tribes to quote) 

• Develop a lightweight foundation base in Figma, including essential design elements such as typography, color schemes, and layout grids.
• Design high-priority, critical UI components tailored to address findings from the UX and UI audits.
• Ensure the scope remains focused on key components (not a full design system)

4. Rolling Out to Development
Led by Arkyard with Design Partner Support

• Collaborate with Tim (development lead) to translate Figma UI designs into functional, implementable features on a Craft CMS platform.
• Note: Design partner support should include someone with technical development knowledge to ensure feasibility.
• Ensure alignment between Figma designs and developed output through regular check-ins and feedback loops.
• Implement proper GA4 tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of newly rolled-out features post-launch.
• Note: Arkyard is not fully responsible for ongoing monitoring post-rollout.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Arkyard: Lead UX and UI audits, oversee project management, and drive development rollout with Tim.
• UX/UI Design Partner: Deliver lightweight Figma UI designs and provide technical design support during development.
• Tim (Development Lead client side): Execute development of designs on Craft CMS, collaborating with Arkyard and the design partner.
