Technical Project Manager – Remote (Anywhere,Part Time)
Overview
Tribes is seeking a part-time Technical Project Manager to hep lead our projects.. This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments, communicates effectively at a high level of English proficiency, and can manage projects across a broad range of technologies—from website builds in WordPress and CraftCMS to complex applications built with Laravel, Filament, Flutter, Python, and JavaScript.

- Language Requirement: English proficiency at C1–C2 level
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timelines are met and milestones are achieved.
- Write detailed technical tickets and manage them using ClickUp.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Drive collaboration between designers, developers, and stakeholders across multiple tech stacks.
- Ensure that projects move forward efficiently and transparently, with a focus on quality and deliverability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Technical Product Manager on software or web development projects.
- Strong experience writing and organizing technical project tickets.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely for 15–20 hours per week.
- English proficiency at C1–C2 level (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have’s:
- Hands-on coding experience or technical familiarity with multiple stacks including:
- Laravel & Filament
- Flutter
- WordPress & CraftCMS
- Python & JavaScript
