Manual QA Tester (Remote – Anywhere)

The client is seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to support ongoing development across their CRM, web portal, and mobile application platforms. This role is part of an existing, active project known internally as CBR and will involve collaborating closely with product and development teams to ensure the reliability, functionality, and quality of complex digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web, mobile, and CRM components.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure stability during feature updates.
• Maintain detailed test documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Participate in sprint planning and QA reviews within an agile workflow.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or Software Tester, ideally at a senior or strong intermediate level.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and complex data workflows is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team.

Role Details

• Engagement: Part-time (approximately 30 hours per week)
• Duration: 3 months, with potential extension on other projects within Tribes Studio
• Budget: Up to £20 per hour
• Location: Remote (anywhere)
