Freelance Full-Stack WordPress Developer (Remote – Anywhere)

The client, a UK-based digital agency, is seeking a Freelance Full-Stack WordPress Developer to support multiple ongoing projects. One key project involves modifying a custom WordPress template built with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Bedrock, enhancing its block functionalities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Modify and enhance blocks within a custom WordPress template.

• Implement new functionalities using ACF and Bedrock.

• Manage your own time effectively and take ownership of assigned projects.

• Communicate regularly with tech leads and clients to ensure smooth project progress.

• Proactively identify and create tasks rather than waiting for assignments.

• Ensure all work is bug-free and meets pixel-perfect standards.

• Provide a daily summary report of work completed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack WordPress Developer.

• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Hands-on experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Bedrock.

• Familiarity with modern WordPress development workflows, including Composer and WP-CLI.

• Understanding of WordPress theme and plugin development.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• A proactive attitude—you should push projects forward without waiting for instructions.

• Ability to work independently on a freelance, part-time basis.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect and bug-free websites.
