The Opportunity
The client seeks an experienced Craft CMS Developer to support the ongoing development of a new site for Dalcour Maclaren (DM). The developer will collaborate closely with the client’s internal team to begin implementing newly signed-off pages and support custom feature integrations tied to Workday and Monday.com.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a collaborative remote-first environment, and has a track record of extending CMS platforms through custom plugin development.
Key Responsibilities
- Begin development of new Craft CMS pages as client sign-off occurs (rollout starts within the next week)
- Implement a dynamic “Our People” page integrated with Workday:
- Auto-update job titles based on changes in Workday
- Auto-delete employee profiles when removed from Workday
- Customize the job application process so candidates apply directly on the website instead of being redirected to Workday
- Integrate the website with Monday.com to:
- Track user interactions and sync activity with Monday.com CRM contacts
- Build and maintain custom Craft CMS plugins where required
- Collaborate remotely with the broader technical and product team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Required Experience & Skills
- Craft CMS – expert-level knowledge, including developing custom plugins
- Alpine.js – solid experience with JavaScript interactivity in Craft projects
- Tailwind CSS – strong understanding of utility-first styling
- Yii Framework – experience developing with the PHP framework underlying Craft CMS
- Comfortable working independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have (Bonus)
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems
- Experience with Monday.com integrations or automation workflows
- Experience with headless Craft CMS implementations (optional)
Contract Details
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Remote from anywhere – open to candidates globally
- Work begins as soon as next week, based on client sign-off of pages
- Duration is open-ended, based on feature delivery and ongoing collaboration
