About the Role:
The client seeks a highly skilled Rust Developer to join a pioneering DeFi platform focused on Liquid Staking and Advanced Lending Markets on the Solana blockchain. The role involves building and optimizing secure, high-performance smart contracts that enable users to stake SOL while retaining liquidity for lending, borrowing, and trading activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the platform's lending functionalities, integrating innovative solutions to expand staking options and improve DeFi user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable smart contracts for liquid staking and lending markets using Rust and the Anchor framework.
• Optimize smart contracts for performance, security, and efficiency, ensuring the reliability of staking and lending mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine and implement key platform features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following blockchain and DeFi best practices.
• Proactively identify and propose technical solutions to enhance staking and lending functionalities.
• Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, particularly developments within Solana and the DeFi ecosystem.
• Contribute innovative solutions to improve platform adoption, strengthen DeFi products, and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Rust, with expertise in memory management, concurrency models, and blockchain coding practices.
• Proven experience developing smart contracts on the Solana blockchain using Anchor or the Solana Program Library (SPL).
• Deep understanding of DeFi applications, particularly in liquid staking, lending, and liquidity management.
• Hands-on experience with Solana clusters (Devnet, Testnet, Mainnet).
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles and DeFi security best practices.
• Familiarity with Web3 concepts and Solana’s liquidity management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task ownership.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Bonus Skills:

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Experience with other DeFi ecosystems such as Ethereum, Cosmos, or Polkadot.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Vue.js to integrate smart contract functionalities with the UI.
• Experience working on cross-chain solutions and blockchain interoperability.
