Job Description: Full Stack Microsoft Tech Stack Development Project

Position: Research and Development (R&D) Team Members (2 Senior Developers, 1 Junior-Mid Level Developer)
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote (Anywhere)
Client Location: Ireland

The Client Seeks:
A highly motivated and skilled team of developers to join their R&D department for a six-month project. The goal is to assess whether adding three developers will enhance productivity. This initiative requires developers with expertise in the Microsoft tech stack, particularly with a focus on ASP.NET and C#.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using ASP.NET, C#, Azure SQL, and Azure App Services.
- Collaborate with the client's Technical Project Manager (TPM) and participate in daily scrums.
- Work within an Agile environment, adhering to six-week cycles and sprints.
- Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Potentially work on mobile-related projects using React or Angular.

Qualifications:
Senior Developer (2 Positions):
- Proven experience with ASP.NET, C#, Azure SQL, and Azure App Services.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and JQuery.
- Familiarity with React or Angular for mobile development is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Junior-Mid Level Developer (1 Position):
- Experience with ASP.NET, C#, Azure SQL, and Azure App Services.
- Competent in JavaScript and JQuery.
- Familiarity with React or Angular is a bonus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Good communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Project Details:
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 6 months with potential for extension based on performance and results.
- Remote Work: Fully remote, but must align with the client's daily scrum schedule.
