Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Remote – Anywhere)

We are looking for a Project Manager or Project Coordinator to join our team, This role is initially part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time position, offering flexibility to work remotely from anywhere. The role requires overlapping with UK working hours, and candidates based in the UK are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with Developers: Act as the primary liaison for developers, ensuring clarity on tasks, updates, and project progress.

• Task Creation and Management: Create, assign, and oversee tasks for developers using task management tools to ensure smooth project execution.

• Team Motivation: Push and support developers to meet deadlines and achieve milestones.

• Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and efficient communication.

• Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the management team to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in project management or coordination roles within the agency or tech industry.

• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

• Ability to work effectively across time zones, with availability during UK working hours.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and team leadership.

• Prior experience coordinating between technical teams, clients, and management.
