Tech Lead (Remote – Anywhere)

About the Role

The client seeks an experienced Tech Lead to oversee the development of a custom CRM SaaS platform for an enterprise client in the transportation industry. This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and prior experience working with agencies.

This specific project will last six months, but the role extends beyond this timeframe, with opportunities to lead multiple projects over the long term.

• PHP, Laravel, Flutter, Filament

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a custom CRM SaaS tailored to the client’s internal needs.

• Manage and coordinate a team of developers, ensuring project milestones are met.

• Communicate directly with the client, gathering requirements and providing updates.

• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.

• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

• Oversee project timelines and proactively address technical challenges.

• Continuously improve and optimize the CRM based on client feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills – ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Proven experience managing tech teams in a remote, agile environment.

• Deep expertise in PHP, Laravel, Flutter, and Filament.

• Previous client-facing experience – ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Agency experience is required – ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
