Key Responsibilities:

  • Unearth potential customers to foster new business avenues for Tribes Digital.
  • Initiate contact, assess potential customer needs, and qualify leads diligently.
  • Schedule consultations and persistently follow up on leads to cultivate sales prospects.
  • Monitor and report your trajectory towards achieving sales benchmarks.
  •  Craft and execute strategies aimed at sales zeniths.
  • Utilise CRM tools to meticulously manage leads and document sales endeavors.
  • Move All company leads through the sale pipeline using persistent sequences until fruition
  • once meetings have happened, maintain momentum and drive internal personnel to continue with a project until closed
  • Remain abreast of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry innovations.
  • Participate in networking assemblies and expositions to forge relationships and gather leads.
  • Regularly update management with reports on sales ventures and milestones.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A track record with 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service arenas.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM software to optimise sales outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Proven aptitude in fostering and sustaining client relationships.
  • A solid understanding of contemporary sales methodologies and strategies.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Exemplary time management and organisational adeptness.
  • Capable of thriving independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
