WordPress Developer (Freelance, Part-Time, Remote)

Overview:

The client seeks a skilled WordPress Developer to join on a retainer contract for 40 hours per month. This is a part-time, freelance role with a 1-year contract, offering flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes

• Implement and configure Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

• Build and modify WordPress plugins to meet project needs

• Ensure high-quality, responsive HTML & CSS for seamless user experience

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code

• Troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues

• Collaborate with the team to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer

• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Expertise in Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom theme development

• Experience in plugin development and customization

• Ability to work independently and manage workload within a part-time, retainer contract

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
