Duration: ~25 working days (approx. 4 weeks)

The client seeks an experienced WordPress Developer to support a focused website facelift and structural revamp project for a concept management platform in the IT services space. The website is built on WordPress and is undergoing design modernisation to improve user experience and content clarity.

Project Overview

The first design phase—including logo updates and visual facelift concepts—has been completed and is currently under review. Once approved, development will begin. This role involves translating approved high-fidelity designs into a fully functional, modern WordPress website.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a refreshed front-end interface based on approved UI/UX designs.
• Restructure and streamline the site’s information architecture for improved usability.
• Build and style WordPress pages and templates for:
• 
  
  • IT waste/disposal services
  • Service and solution detail pages
  • Case studies, accreditations, impact statistics
  • A “resources” or “charities supported” section
• Implement clear and compelling calls to action (CTAs) including:
• 
  
  • “Book a free collection”
  • “Speak to our team”
• Set up user-friendly forms for collection and evaluation requests.
• Refine navigation including a simplified mega menu and use-case-based structure.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and strong content presentation across devices.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience with custom WordPress development and theme integration.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP (as required for WordPress).
• Able to work closely with designers and follow high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience implementing structured content, forms, and SEO best practices.
• Good eye for detail, user experience, and responsive design.
• Comfortable with independently delivering within a scoped 4-week sprint.
