The client seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of multiple healthcare SaaS implementation projects. This role is critical for ensuring seamless delivery across B2B contracts involving hospitals and other stakeholders. The position is fully remote, with a focus on EU-based candidates to align with GDPR and time-zone requirements. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven ability to manage complex project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of 3–4 concurrent SaaS implementation projects, with timelines ranging from 3 to 12 months.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Coordinate with the client's product and development teams to align technical deliverables with project goals.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple external vendors and internal departments.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk registers.
• Monitor and address potential risks, ensuring GDPR compliance and secure handling of sensitive healthcare data.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • At least 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or SaaS industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder B2B projects with public and private sector clients.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, particularly NHS and EU healthcare frameworks, is highly advantageous.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent proficiency required).
  • Technical acumen to handle semi-technical tasks such as basic configuration and UAT coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Knowledge of GDPR and experience managing compliance in data-sensitive environments.
• Preferred:
  • Background in working with public sector healthcare clients or health tech.
  • Large-scale B2B SaaS deployment experience.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be based within the EU or South Africa (pending data compliance measures) to ensure effective collaboration and compliance with GDPR standards.
• Availability for full-time engagement (5 days per week) starting in December 2024, with an initial commitment until March 2025 and potential for extension.
• Flexible working hours within EU time zones, with availability for occasional client meetings.
