Remote Integration Developer (Microsoft Stack)

Location: Remote (work from anywhere)

Engagement: Ad hoc, with potential for full-time work

Overview:

The client seeks a versatile Integration Developer with strong experience in Microsoft technologies to support ongoing and future integration projects. This is a remote, flexible engagement ideal for a developer comfortable with both legacy on-premises systems and modern cloud-based architecture. The work will initially be ad hoc, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role depending on project flow and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain on-premises integration solutions using BizTalk
• Design and develop new cloud-based integrations leveraging:
• 
  
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure API Management Services
  • Azure SQL
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Synapse / Microsoft Fabric
• Participate in system design and architectural planning
• Assist with DevOps workflows using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers
• Contribute to documentation and integration roadmaps
• Provide technical insight and troubleshooting for complex integration scenarios

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft integration technologies, both on-premises and cloud-based
• Proven experience with BizTalk in production environments
• Deep understanding of Azure integration services (listed above)
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools, especially Azure DevOps
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Background in Business Analysis, Project Management, or System Architecture is highly desirable

Duration: Ad hoc, with potential to extend to full-time based on project needs
