Senior Flutter Developer (Part-Time, Remote – Anywhere)

The client seeks a Senior Flutter Developer to support ongoing development of a web and mobile CRM and internal portal solution. The system has been designed and built in partnership with Tribes, and it serves both internal teams and external clients of a construction company based in Ireland.

This is a part-time, fully remote role (work from anywhere) for a senior-level developer who brings deep experience with Flutter (web and mobile) and Dart, and who is confident working with CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with the existing team to refine features for both internal and external users.
• Ensure consistent UI/UX across mobile and web platforms.
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using Codemagic (Flutter) and GitHub Actions (for backend systems).
• Communicate clearly in English with the project team and stakeholders during asynchronous updates and scheduled calls.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart, including experience in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience building for both Flutter web and mobile.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, especially using Codemagic and GitHub Actions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide reliable time estimates and updates.
• Prior experience working in part-time or freelance roles is a plus.

• The product is a CRM and portal platform designed for internal operational efficiency and improved client interaction.
• The system is in active development, with a focus on usability and robust integrations.
