Overview
Location: Remote (anywhere) – preference for Poland, Romania, or Serbia
About the Role:
The client is looking for a Data Modeler to design logical and physical data models that support analytical and operational use cases across multiple ERP systems, with an emphasis on JD Edwards. This role is key to building a consistent and scalable data foundation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data models
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to capture requirements
- Ensure models align with data governance and integration standards
- Work closely with engineering teams on implementation
Qualifications:
- Strong data modeling expertise (conceptual, logical, physical)
- Experience with ERPs, ideally JDE
- Familiarity with Azure-based data warehousing and lakehouse architecture
- Proficiency with modeling tools such as Erwin, PowerDesigner, or similar
