Overview:

The client seeks a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email outreach platforms. This role is pivotal for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement in a service-led environment, not focusing on eCommerce.

Responsibilities:

- **Google Ads Management:** Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, including search, PMax, display, video, and remarketing. Manage conversion tracking, audiences, and utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- **Facebook Ads Management:** Design and execute Facebook advertising campaigns with a focus on sponsored posts, carousel ads, and video ads. Implement advanced targeting strategies such as custom audiences and retargeting.
- **Email Outreach:** Lead the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns using the Instantly platform. Craft engaging content and manage segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.
- **Cross-Platform Synergy:** Ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment across all platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and achieve comprehensive business goals.
- **Performance Optimization:** Analyze campaign data across platforms to generate insightful reports. Provide actionable recommendations for optimization and continuously test new strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software (e.g., Instantly).
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize them for better performance.
- Certification in Google Ads and familiarity with Facebook advertising guidelines are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and other stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, and other advertising platforms is considered a bonus, enhancing the ability to reach diverse audiences effectively.
