About the Role:

The client, a well-established UK-based brand in the CRM industry, seeks a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer for a project-based contract role. You will contribute to the development of innovative CRM solutions that serve clients globally. The initial project offers a dynamic opportunity to work with a team of professionals in a cutting-edge environment, with the potential for contract extension based on performance.

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, with the flexibility to set your own hours while delivering results to a high standard. A good standard of spoken English is essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable CRM web applications, both front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with the project team to define, design, and implement new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best coding practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CRM and software development.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a contract or freelance capacity.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular.
• Back-end expertise in Node.js or Python (Django, Flask) with experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver project milestones.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills to collaborate with international teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in CRM systems or developing SaaS products.
• Familiarity with mobile app development (React Native or Flutter).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML frameworks or data-driven applications.
