About the Role

The client seeks a Senior React Native Developer to join their team on a 6-month, full-time contract. The role involves building and optimizing mobile applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in React Native and a strong background in mobile development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications for iOS and Android.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

• Optimize app performance, ensure smooth animations, and minimize load times.

• Implement and maintain state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).

• Debug and resolve complex technical issues.

• Ensure applications follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends and React Native updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development with a focus on React Native.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.

• Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play).

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C/Java).

• Knowledge of GraphQL, Firebase, or AWS.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
