Role Overview:
The client seeks a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to lead their AI efforts in building the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This role involves developing pre-defined agentic workflows using langchain or similar tools, ensuring optimized model switching, and implementing accuracy-driven AI solutions ready for scalable web app deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, experience in building enterprise-level AI solutions, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI/ML Development: Spearhead the AI/ML development efforts for the client's MVP, focusing on building and optimizing pre-defined agentic workflows.
- Model Integration: Utilize langchain or similar frameworks to integrate various language models, ensuring the selection of the most appropriate model for each specific task.
- Accuracy and Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the accuracy and performance of AI models, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Scalable Web App Implementation: Work closely with the engineering team to integrate AI models into a scalable web application, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Data Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with international data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver a cohesive and effective AI solution.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on building and deploying enterprise-level AI solutions.
- Proven experience with language models and frameworks such as langchain, GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT, etc.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and data structures.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Extensive experience in orchestrated agentic workflows, along with optimization and deploying at scale.

Soft Skills:
