Remote PPC Specialist (Google Ads)

The client seeks a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize ongoing Google Ads campaigns. This fully remote role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who thrives on using data to drive performance and is passionate about maximizing ROI through paid search strategies. The PPC Specialist will support the client’s digital initiatives by increasing traffic, generating qualified leads, and boosting brand visibility through expertly executed pay-per-click campaigns.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PPC strategies that align with the client’s growth and marketing objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, campaign planning, and audience targeting.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, etc.).
- Set up and adjust bidding strategies to improve performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on A/B testing for both ads and landing pages.
- Create and manage remarketing campaigns to improve customer retention and conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS).
- Provide regular reporting with actionable insights and performance recommendations.
- Stay current with Google Ads best practices and emerging tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing high-performance Google Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, including advanced features.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills for search ads and a strategic mindset for ad testing.
- Experience with bid management, budget pacing, and optimizing for KPIs.
- Familiarity with landing page conversion best practices.
- Clear and proactive communication skills; ability to report results and recommend actions.
- Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
- Full professional fluency in English.
Preferred / Bonus Experience:
- Google Ads certifications.
- Exposure to other digital marketing channels (e.g., social ads, SEO).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with PPC campaigns.
