About the Role: The client seeks a skilled Laravel Developer to assist with updates and the development of new features for a marketing agency based in the UK. This position is initially for one day a week, with the opportunity for increased hours based on performance and project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new features in Laravel applications.
• Update and maintain existing Laravel applications.
• Collaborate with the client's team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
