About the Role: The client, one of the world's leading FMCG brands, seeks an experienced AI/ML Developer to support the Data Scientist in implementing advanced marketing machine learning (ML) techniques for mix models. This role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining ML models to enhance the understanding of marketing channel impacts on business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data Scientist to design and develop ML models for marketing mix analysis.
• Implement and optimize ML algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Develop and maintain code repositories, ensuring code quality and reproducibility.
• Integrate ML models into production systems and workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot model performance in real-time applications.
• Stay informed about the latest ML frameworks and tools to ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying ML models in a production environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
