Microsoft Sharepoint/Teams Developer for Custom Teams Components Development

Implementing a customised teams solution for a proof-of-concept project focused on enhancing collaboration through Microsoft Teams. The backend may involve SharePoint and SQL for managing custom fields. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Microsoft Teams customisation and have a good understanding of the underlying technologies involved.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement custom templates and components within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for better user experience and collaboration.

• Build custom features to automatically display team members, owners, and channels, and integrate a ‘Manage Projects’ admin screen.

• Design a solution to manage project channels, folders, and permissions efficiently, including the automatic creation of folders and copying of template files.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services.

• Proficiency in developing custom components and templates in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools for Microsoft 365.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong communication skills for training and documentation.
