Salesforce Developer (Remote, UK Time Zone)

Overview

The client seeks a skilled Salesforce Developer for a 1-year, full-time contract. The role is entirely remote, meaning the successful candidate can work from anywhere, but must align their working hours with the UK time zone. The position involves supporting an agency’s operations, ensuring Salesforce platforms are optimized to meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

• Configure and customize Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and third-party tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and bug fixes to ensure platform reliability.

• Implement enhancements to existing workflows and dashboards to improve user experience.

• Provide technical documentation and training to stakeholders as needed.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for system improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, customization, and integration.

• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other tools and platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Hands-on experience with declarative automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with agencies or in dynamic project-based environments.

• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or Pardot.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively within a remote setting.
