Job Title: Part-Time Web SLA Engineer (Drupal/PHP) – Remote (Anywhere)

Overview:

The client seeks a part-time Web SLA Engineer to support a service-level agreement (SLA) project focused on maintaining and enhancing a web platform built with Drupal, PHP, and Twig. The role is fully remote, with work hours aligned to the U.S. time zone to match the client’s operational needs.

Ongoing SLA-based engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and maintenance for a Drupal-based web platform under an SLA agreement.
• Work with PHP and Twig to resolve issues, implement minor updates, and ensure consistent site performance.
• Respond to requests and incidents as per SLA commitments, ensuring high responsiveness and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across time zones, particularly during U.S. business hours.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Drupal, PHP, and Twig in a production environment.
• Comfortable working independently and handling SLA-driven support tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work part-time hours within U.S. time zones.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to collaborate remotely with distributed teams.
