The client seeks an experienced Consulting Project Manager to lead Adobe Marketing Cloud implementation and broader marketing transformation engagements within a digital agency environment.
This role goes beyond traditional project delivery. The successful candidate will combine strong project management fundamentals with consulting capabilities—translating client vision into actionable delivery, driving measurable outcomes, and owning end-to-end client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Adobe Marketing Cloud and marketing transformation projects
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping strategy and translating vision into practical solutions
Own full client engagement lifecycle, balancing delivery quality, commercial performance, and long-term relationship growth
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Engineering teams, and platform partners (e.g. Adobe) to ensure successful implementation
Drive marketing technology adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact
Maintain strong focus on outcomes over outputs, aligning delivery with client business goals
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope, while also contributing to profitability
Lead change management and continuous optimization initiatives across client engagements
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consulting or agency environment (not solely delivery-focused roles)
Demonstrated ability to translate client vision into actionable project plans and outcomes
Strong experience managing marketing technology or digital transformation projects
Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud (highly desirable)
Deep understanding of US business culture and client expectations
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience owning commercial aspects of engagements, including delivery efficiency and client satisfaction

A consulting-minded Project Manager who can own and shape engagements—not just deliver tasks
Comfortable operating between strategy and execution, without being too high-level (as in some Program Manager roles)
Experienced in agency environments, particularly those focused on marketing technology or digital transformation
Outcome-driven, with a focus on business impact rather than just project delivery metrics
