**Job Title:** ServiceNow Front-End Developer

**Contract Type:** Full-Time, 1-Year Contract

The client is a UK-based company specializing in providing innovative IT service management solutions. They are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Front-End Developer to join their team on a full-time, remote basis for a one-year contract.

**Role Overview:**
The client seeks a talented ServiceNow Front-End Developer to focus on enhancing the user interface and user experience within their ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with the development team to implement design solutions, create responsive and intuitive interfaces, and optimize the front-end performance of the ServiceNow platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain the front-end aspects of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and responsive front-end components.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow portals, dashboards, and forms using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Optimize front-end code for performance and scalability across various devices and screen sizes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end features with server-side logic.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and ServiceNow platform enhancements.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a focus on ServiceNow platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Service Portal and UI development.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with AngularJS or other front-end frameworks within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and workflows.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.

**Start Date:** Immediate or as soon as possible

**Contract Duration:** 1 year with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
