Full Stack Developer .NET, C#, JavaScript (6-Month Contract)

Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for a 6-month contract to work on a critical project aimed at replacing an outdated internal HR, payroll, and time management system. This role requires a highly autonomous developer who can manage end-to-end development with minimal supervision. Regular weekly touchpoints will be scheduled to review progress and planning with both internal teams and the client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a new HR, payroll, and time management solution, replacing the existing internal system.
- Handle end-to-end development tasks, ensuring high-quality code and efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
- Develop and integrate web services, working closely with database systems like SQL Server and MariaDB (MySQL).
- Utilize cloud-based ecosystems, particularly Azure and AWS, for deployment and integration.
- Ensure that APIs are developed according to best practices and are well-documented.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently, providing reliable solutions.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in programming and debugging with .NET, C#, JavaScript, React, and Typescript.
- Strong knowledge of databases, including SQL Server and MariaDB (MySQL).
- Experience in web services development and integration.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud-based ecosystems, particularly Azure and AWS.
- Proficient in API development, with a focus on best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in HR, payroll, and time management solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously, with minimal oversight.
